Propertyscouts Property Management is so confident in our service that we are one of the few property managers in New Zealand, to offer owners Guaranteed Rent As we do not sell real-estate, we only manage rental investments, it is the sole focus of our business, and we are specialists at what we do.

Our other "key" point is that we do not add fees or mark up any 3rd party property maintenance - which means that you save more and we have no incentive to "fix" more than necessary.
